Hello!!

Hi, guys!!

If you have any graphics to contribute, please come forth and hand them over! I'd really appreciate banners for the communities - I have four promotion banners that my friend cowboy_slightly contributed (thanks, Sam!) and am looking to get a few more from sardonyx_78.

I'd appreciate it if any of you had any questions to contribute to the application if you would respond to the post with them? If they don't make it onto the application, don't take it personally. I try to do what's best for the community.

I've just created a new email for the new community - moonlit.stag@gmail.com. If you would like to help with getting moonlit_stag up and running, please email me there! I'm going to need help with lots of things, so please don't hesitate!!

We may need graphics, and we'll definitely need promoters. As soon as moonlit_stag opens, I'm going to post in the Cup subcomm, patronum_cup, so you can get House points for promoting!! (I will go into furthur detail about this when the time comes).

I hope to open in two weeks - April first - and I'm going to need all the help I can get!!

Attention, members of hogwartsorting!!

After a bit of discussion with phoenix_tempest, we have decided to move the community to moonlit_stag. Not too much is set in stone, except that all people holding positions will lose them to give other people a chance to get them. And, I ask that everyone reapply, so I can be positive to who is really comitted and wants to stick around.

New subcomms include patronum_fic for HP fanfiction, patronum_icons for graphics and patronum_rpers for anyone who wants to get involved in roleplaying. Dear hogwartsorting,

I have decided that I want to completely start over. When I took over for former Headmaster Matthew, I tried to run things as he did. I want to run things my way.

So, I have decided that we will transfer to a new community sometime this month. Of course, I'll need your help!

I want any and all active members to email me by Sunday, March 19 at 8pm EST. There are many people who pop in and out occasionally, and I ask that those people to commit to the group. I hate to see great people leave because they weren't completely committed when they could have been.

Next, I would like to announce that all HoHs and the Deputy Headmistress will be removed from their positions when we move to the new community. I just want other people to have a chance to apply for the positions. I know Erin has been DH since I because Headmistress and before that, and I'm sure there are many people who would like to at least apply for the position.
If no one applies for your post, on request, you may return to it. IF YOU WANT IT BACK, you must ask!!

Third; you may be wondering about this community change. I am going to create a new community with new sub comms, so I can truly say I started over. I will choose the names of the communities, but, of course, I'm going to need your help!! If you have any creative ideas, please let me know!! I hope to open the new community on April 1, so please get your ideas in ASAP!!

Here it is, finally. The applications for Head of House, prefect, and teaching!

Please take to note that you can fill out all three or only one. If you fill out an application for a position that is already filled, it will be held until the position becomes avalible, at which point in time it will be compared to the others.

When filling out a teaching application, you may apply for more than one subject. Unfortunatley, you may not teach more than one class. It is still not gaurenteed you get a position as a teacher.

Just remember, the harder you try and more you elaborate, the better your application will be and the better chance you have at getting what you want!
